	Minutes of Board Meetings The RTI Act does not cover private companies. As regards a government company, I think minutes of board meeting, agenda papers are supposed to be disclosed unless exempt under section 8 (1)(d). The RTI Act overrides all other inconsistent laws. There is no level playing field between private and government companies with regard to transparency. Back
