	regarding medical department Hi i want to file RTI regarding ULTRA Sound (pregnancy) scanning report issued by certified Gynecologist who owns Recognized private hospital tested and given report for a lady whom i want to know whether she conceived or not ANd i want to know how many times she tested in Vijaya Diagnostic center for Scanning test as i came to know they have to maintain all the details of patients how i approach and to which department i have true copy of reports with me Please can anyone explain and help me out in this issue Revant Back
